I can't believe it's here!!! OMFG!!!!! Almost 2 YEARS of waiting has led to this moment!!!! <3 Only 40 more sleeps until the premiere...I am trembling with excitement...I can't put it into words how fucking ready I am to see the final battle, with all of our character's lives at stake. A horde of 100,000 undead is swarming the North...how will humanity win?

It's amazing to see the reaction from society. These books were amazing and years later to see it manifest in epic season after season...  What they (HBO & Directors) have done with this series is unreal. There are so many great books  in the world, if the level of effort, acting and dialogue was transferred, adjusted and delivered as GoT has, we would have some real gems made.

So many good books that were adapted poorly, GoT show's just how deep a universe on a show can get and how much it brings society into the world with them.

There is a theory that the iron swords laid on top of the people buried beneath Winterfell are to keep their spirits from escaping, the swords are noted as rusted away and the Starks possibly have a very strange connection to the Night King (perhaps with the Night King being a Stark or a Stark white walker type creature buried there - perhaps female). White Walkers are noted as disliking iron.

Perhaps the rekindling of magic in the world and the march of the White Walkers has reanimated a spirit/creature, I don’t think it is a wight like the others though. I’m guessing that’s why Arya looks like she has 10 pounds of nooope in a 5 pound bag.
